1. High temperature uniformity: the imported high-precision 6-way or 12-way temperature circuit detection recorder can be configured according to the user's needs. The actual working temperature of each point in the furnace can be displayed and recorded in the whole process.

High precision of temperature control: the main temperature control meter adopts intelligent program temperature controller, which can be programmed with multi-stage program, PID self-tuning, SSR solid state electric appliance + cycle controller to adjust power, and automatically complete the whole process of sintering; The tunnel type sintering furnace can be divided into several temperature zones to control the temperature, so that the entire working chamber temperature is more uniform; When cooling down, the temperature can be lowered according to the process curve. The sintering furnace cooling fan, the air inlet automatically controls the opening angle of the air door, and the air outlet is equipped with a fully automatic exhaust valve. The whole furnace operation is controlled by PLC, and the sintering process is fully automatic.
