Curing after moulding is an essential and necessary procedure in the manufacturing process of motor commutator. The performance of curing equipment directly affects the quality of the finished product of commutator.
HX series special drying box for commutator produced by our company has adopted advanced technologies such as large air volume blast circulation, built-in air duct and new double air supply circulation. It has fast heating speed, good thermal insulation performance and studiotemperature uniformity, ensuring consistent performance and no color difference after curing of the commutator.
This series of equipment is equipped with floor type material cart, intelligent temperature controller and solid-state relay power adjusting. Optional printer, temperature recorder, DCS computer distributed control system and other ancillary equipment.
